At Motorcycles Rental India, we strive to provide a seamless and hassle-free experience for all our customers. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before booking any service.
Motorcycle & Car Rentals

Security Deposit Refund:
The security deposit will be refunded in full if the vehicle is returned on time, in good condition, with all accessories, and with at least half a tank of fuel. The refund will be processed within 7 business days via IMPS, NEFT, or PayPal after the vehicle is inspected and cleared for any damages. -
Late Returns:
A grace period of 30 minutes is allowed for returning the vehicle. Any delay beyond this will incur a penalty of twice the daily rental rate plus applicable taxes. Unapproved extensions are not permitted -
Damages or Missing Parts:
If the vehicle is returned with damages or missing parts, the deposit will be held until repair costs are assessed. The remaining balance will be refunded after the repair bill is settled, provided the customer submits bank details within 7 days of the bill. -
Early Returns:
No refund will be issued if the vehicle is returned before the agreed rental period ends. -
Cancellation Policy:
All confirmed rental bookings are non-refundable unless covered under Reservation Cancellation Protection (RCP), which can be purchased at the time of booking. If the company cancels the booking due to unavailability, a full refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Motorcycle Tours

Tour Booking Refunds:
Tour bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. If the company cancels the tour due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. -
Cancellation Protection:
By purchasing RCP (20% of the total rental), customers can cancel their reservation and receive a full refund in specific cases, such as medical emergencies or natural disasters. Please contact your account representative for details.
Hotel Bookings

Hotel Booking Refunds:
Hotel bookings are subject to the cancellation policy of the respective hotel. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days after the cancellation is approved. -
No-Show Policy:
If a customer does not show up for the booked service, no refund will be issued, and the full amount will be forfeited.

Customer Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition as received, subject to normal wear and tear. Any damages or missing parts will be deducted from the security deposit. -
